Supporting Children. Guiding Adolescents. Empowering Parents.

Welcome
My clinic is based in central Petersfield, Hampshire, where I work both in-person and online.
As a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist and Connected Parenting Guide, I combine my passion for the healing power of creativity alongside my commitment to the emotional, psychological and spiritual wellbeing of children and their families.
I support children and adolescents, many neurodivergent, who may be struggling with a variety of ‘big feelings' such as anxiety, panic, overwhelm or shut down. Some of these challenges may be leading to school avoidance, low self worth, meltdowns, isolation and other distressing outcomes.
Due to the significant rise in parental anxiety, stress and worry over the last few years I have created a dedicated Connected Parenting Clinic. Through my extensive experience, as well as being a parent myself, I work closely with families to co-create a home environment where there is more respect, harmony and happiness.
Services
My Petersfield-based practise has grown exponentially over the last few years and I have expanded from working solely with children and adolescents to include focused Conscious Connected Parenting support. I co-created the very successful Pathways to Resileince CIC, where I now sit on the Advisory Board, teaching children to recognise and manage their emotions through breathwork, creativity, play and movement. I also run a series of Connected Parenting workshops within a variety of communities.
Connected Parenting

The Connected Parenting Clinic equips parents with tools to support and guide their child, whilst becoming a better parent in the process.
This involves creating a safe space where parents can reflect on their current parenting style. The process will facilitate a better understanding of unconscious patterns and behaviours, opening the door to becoming a more present and aware parent.
1:1 Child & Adolescent

I address children's behavioural, developmental and emotional needs in a safe and comfortable environment, engaging the therapeutic arts. This technique is especially helpful for children who may have difficulty expressing themselves verbally and has become increasingly popular as it combines traditional talk therapy with the therapeutic qualities of making art.
The therapeutic arts is a respected and effective approach to help children cope and better manage their emotional and behavioural challenges which may be causing confusion, overwhlem, or distress. Many children find this approach enormously beneficial and very effective at resolving issues by gently unearthing the root of their challenges through creativity and, often, play
Workshops & Courses

I’m passionate about supporting parents and families, and know that we are all doing the best we can with the tools that we have. My workshops and courses offer a warm, supportive space to explore practical tools that nurture regulation, strengthen connection, and help create a calmer, more harmonious home life.
Sessions are informative, inclusive, and relaxed — designed to feel safe and welcoming, with space to reflect, ask questions, and share experiences without judgement. I bring workshops to businesses and corporations, primary and secondary schools, SEN Parent groups, community family groups, Youth charities and Social Perscribers. Wherever there are Parents and Carers.
Success stories
I just wanted to send you a huge thank you for all you have done for our family. At a time
when we didn’t know how to help our daughter you stepped in and gave her the tools she needed to embrace and make sense of the challenges in her life. We will be forever grateful that we found you and that our daughter will have someone she can contact if life gets on top of her again.
